3.1. Access data when using our website
We register, collect and save the following data during your visit on our website:

If you want to get in touch with us per e-mail, via telephone or fax, your stated personal data (e-mail, name, company, adress, position in the company, phone number, fax as well as your request and any associated documents) will be processed in order to help with the editing and answer to your inquiry, with the contract fulfillment, contract administration, contract settlement, customer care issues as well as marketing and promotional purposes.
3.3. Contact by interested parties
In case of any contact by interested parties (e-mail or online contact form), information about interested parties will be saved with us for 6 months for the purpose of processing and answering the request, as well as any follow-up questions.
4. Data usage
The access data collected during the use of the website will merely be utilized for statistical evaluations and the purpose of operation, safety and optimization of the website in an aggregated form on the basis of legitimate interests.
For the purpose of processing your requests, we process the personal data obtained for this purpose for the fulfillment of (pre)contractual obligations, or more specifically on the basis of legitimate interests.

You have the fundamental right to access the personal data concerning you that is being processed by us. Furthermore, you can withdraw consent declarations at any time, within a reason, in order to hinder further processing of your personal data that has been collected and used based on a consent declaration.
In addition, if you believe that the processing of your personal information violates the applicable data protection laws, you have the option of complaining to the regulator. The competent authority for us is the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Wickenburggasse 8, 1080 Vienna.
